Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any item or lot is returnable within seven (7) days of receipt if not as described for exchange (if available) or a full immediate refund. RETURNABLE ITEM & LOT EXCEPTIONS 1. Any lot described with faults or defects may not be returned because of faults or defects. 2. A lot that is pictured may not be returned because of centering, margins, perforations, cancel, or other characteristics that are plainly visible in the picture provided. 3. All returns must be in the same condition as received and include the original protective packaging.

Postage, Insurance, & Handling
On U. S. orders please add $5.00 for postage, insurance and handling. Foreign orders require additional postage plus $8.00 if registration is required.

Minnesota State Sales Tax and Minimum Order Size
Minnesota Residents, unless dealers with Tax I. D. #, must pay 6-1/2% Sales Tax. Please try to make your minimum $25.00. If your order is less than the minimum, we will be happy to respect your request, and make a one time exception.

Abbreviation	Definition
HC	Hand cancel
Pr.	Pair of stamps (Usually Coil)
B4	Block of 4 stamps
P#B4	Plate Number Block of 4
VF	Very fine condition - outstanding quality that will satisfy almost all collectors
F-VF	Fine-very fine condition - the standard quality that will satisfy the majority of collectors.
F	Fine condition - not as nice as the above, but may be best available.
VG	Very good condition - a lesser condition, commom to many older issues.
G	Good condition - an item with problems, but may have to do because of cost or availability.
D	Damaged - an item with more serious problems, most collectors would want to replace.
T	Thin- an item with paper loss on the back of stamp, many collectors would want to replace.
I	Imperforate
WL (or w/L)	With label (attached) to stamp
GP	Gutter pair (with selvage between two stamps)
BKT or Bkt	Booklet of stamps (usually with cover)
BP	Booklet pane (usually from booklet)
WMK or Wmk	Watermark in paper of stamp (or souvenir page)
S5	Strip of 5 (usually coil stamps)
NG or ng	No gum on stamp
Scott Cat. # and/or Value	A catalog number and/or price from one of recent edition of the Scott Catalogues. The catalogue values are the editors estimate of the retail price of a stamp in in very fine condition.
USPS # and/or Value	A catalog number and/or price from the Postal Service Guide to U. S. Stamps.
P#3(2/3)	Coil Stamp Souvenir Page with Plate #3 in position 2 of 3 in a strip of 3 coil stamps.
LVL	A line is visible to the left on a coil single (or strip).
